Second.- Purpose of the Web

For the purposes of compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, hereinafter LSSI, ORIOL-IP informs you that the purpose of the Website is to advertise and inform about the services it provides, these being the legal and management services related to intellectual and industrial property rights and new technologies.

The personal data you provide to us through the website will be processed exclusively to provide the requested information or, if you hire the service, for the proper administrative management and monitoring of said service, as well as for billing and collection.

This legal notice establishes the conditions of use of the Website.

Third.- User access conditions

The user agrees to use the information contained on the Website exclusively for its own purposes and shall not engage in any commercial exploitation other than for authorized purposes. The user shall be liable to ORIOL-IP or third parties for any damages that may arise  because of a breach of this obligation.

Website users have the right to free and open access to the public information contained therein. However, ORIOL-IP reserves the right to restrict access to certain sections for the exclusive use of users with a customer account, intended for the purpose of contracting and managing the contracted service.
